First you need to correct spelling of English. I think This question is not good and against the country and Hindi lover better to remove it.

I feel very bad about this discussion.. Surely i can`t allow such a nonsense things......
Presently, Hindi is the official language and English associate official language of the center. No language is national. All Indian languages are national languages.

English should be official language of the Center and supreme court. Regional language including Hindi should be official languages of states and local courts etc. Correspendnce between states with different official languages and between Union and states should be in English.

The world definitely is moving towards one language speaking so as to eliminate any barriers between them,I guess English language to be known by all will be a good option

But removing Hindi will be torturous;almost like telling remove mother and replace her with father :(

We attained independence in 1947 and our own constitution is effective from 1950. Hindi was made the official language of the center. Even in the year 2011, most of the work of Central government, some states, supreme court and elsewhere is still in English. Hence, it is appropriate that English be recognized as the only official language of center.

Hindi and any other language is not to be removed. These will continue as languages of state.

We should not be too sentimental about own or foreign language. What we adopt is ours. We wear westernized dress and celebrate functions like New Year day, eat bread, cake and pastry. We are benefited by many foreign invented products. Nothing is foreign. English is also ours. Personalities like Dr.Radha Krishnan, Pt Nehru, Raja Gopalachari, Mulk Raj Anand, Sarojani Naidu, Khushwant Singh and have enriched English with their writing.

Why do we unnecessarily rake up an old controversy? Let things be as they are!Practically speaking English has ceased to be a foreign language in India and has acquired a distinct character of its own which is popularly known 'Indian English'!
No. Hindi should not be replaced by English. Stress must be laid on English for further development in the same.
English is just an official language, and Hindi is our national language,

In my point of view,I don't think replacing english to hindi is a good idea .
I have another suggestion to make. It is okay to use Hindi and other regional languages as state level languages. I suggest that all languages be written in Roman script for the sake of uniformity and cost reduction. A common script namely Roman will help people read all languages and bring them nearer.
