When does one get more no of stars. Does more no of stars means better article.

    Star is rating given by reviewer of article. Unless an article is reviewed, there will be no rating. It cannot be said that an article not reviewed is substandard. The cash and points indicate the quality of article more than a reviewer's rating.

    It is given by the reader based on quality and how useful the article is etc. and 5 star means very useful content.
