If There is javascript code in article then its hide after submission why?

It will work if you do not copy paste any content from outside like Word etc. If it does not work, edit the source by clicking show/hide link located just above the editor and add surround your source code with <pre> and </pre> tags.

if it is there then what should we do. If it is known to u then post an article
