I am astonished after going through many articles that one should quit non vegetarian. How should we understand it.

I love vegetarian food. I am eating from long time. I don't think its bad for long term. Daily eating is different thing. You should not eating daily. Everything in limit is good.

I also prefer veg. I also want to motivate people to take veg only. I like all persons who eat veg and love animal and I hate non vegetarians from dil se.

Unless the articles are written by dietary experts or doctors, these are insignifcant. Non vegetarian food is recommended by doctors in many cases. They advise fish, chicken, eggs.

I like vegetarian food over non vegetarian food. I don't think that taking non-veg food is bad for long term.
I think Non veg food is not natural food its man mind and its opposition of nature so better to avoid it.

Well I think that both veg and non-veg type of foods have their own benefits and according to our body requirement and as per the advice of medical supervisor we should take it...

The very question why we eat other body ti make our body better- Goes to show that eating non veg food is not bad in long run. The medical opinion and dietician's advice will be more authentic. Meat is served to patients in military hospitals. This indicates that non veg food is not bad in long run.

Opposaition to non veg food is more on religious and ethical grounds. This thinking also has merit but not relevant to current issue.

I agree that Veg food has everything that we need,but non-veg food also has nutrients. If a person who has never eaten non-veg will prefer veg only.

We can have non vegetarian food in limited quantity and also the vegetarian food side by side. Anything within limit is acceptable. Non-vegetarian food also gives us the energy and other requirements essential for our body.
