At present Hockey is the national sport in India and India has won many gold medals in it in the Olympics and I think let cricket be what it is, our passion, and remain hockey as the national sport in India. Besides the game of cricket is surrounded with many controversies of late like match fixing etc and I think it should be left over as a game which we enjoy playing and watching...

According to me it is strictly no.We cant defame our real national game.
Today cricket is gaining popularity so we make it the national game, tomorrow if people start liking wrestling, we will head to make it that one.

Hockey is the national game of India and should be retained. Cricket is an English game which is played very well by our country. Cricket may be interesting game with full of audience but hockey should be retained as national game.
