Stress can be avoided by not chewing more than we can digest. Undertake only as much responsibility as you can and no more. expect from yourself and others no more than what is reasonable. Nourishing too many expectation and frustration of these causes stress in life. It is okay to enhance your skill and capacity and then limit your activities. careful time planning, smart working and art of delegation can lead to better results and less stress.

It is very difficult to escape from stress as even if we be ideal that can be stressful sometime.. :blush: beleive me..So it is better to decrease through some methods as shared by Gulshan than thinking about it and depress more. :)

yes,life has become stressfull to people, as everyone are leading a mechanical life.Due to this stress they cannot get good results in their work. People who are suffering from stress, I suggest them to do meditation and spare time in their interests.

When we face any problem, we must first see the cause behind this. The suggestions by Neetu will be more apt if the stress is caused by medical disability. Everyone needs to rest and relax. So, music and light reading are okay.

However, stress is usually caused by too many obligations and duties- business, official, family not justified by skill, efficiency and time available. The stress in this case can be removed by better work planning, time planning, better working technique and scheduling, delegation and if possible, reduction of obligations or increasing own efficiency and skill.

If you have financial difficulty, and medicines or Yoga will not help reduce stress and tension. Here you need money and not Yoga, music or medicines.
