Thanks for sharing the information,Neetu.But we feel really bad to see kids shedding tears. :( :(

There is no doubt about it that tears do a take a lot out of us which can be called as catharsis!

Tears are the body's natural way of processing stress. It's a natural relief valve. Physically, they're like the ocean -- they're salt water, which helps lubricate the eyes and flush out stress hormones and other toxins. At times its really good to shed tears, so that at the end of it we really feel relaxed....
