Just balanced diet , exercise and good mental make up will do the trick.

Thanks for the information Neetu ..it is useful for underweight people..but i think some people even after following these things can build the necessary body weight... :)

There is one more thing u can do, but should be careful with this, can have some protein milk or powders along with bit of gym.
