Kerala is the first state to frame policy on cross gender. This is a very welcome step to remove gender discrimination.

    A welcome move. This decision of Kerala Government that assures Transgenders equal access to social and economic opportunities, resources, right to equal treatment under the Law. A Landmark decision indeed.
