One can always take a walk in the evening since the benefits are the same instead of taking supplements...Exercise done at any time of the day is beneficial for us and helps in keeping our weight in check and our body in good shape. I walk for an hour in the evenings and am very happy with it since it has proven beneficial for me ...

Of course. Your entire activity says that you do a lot of walking. So there is no need for a separate regimen of Morning walk.
Actually taking vitamin supplements is no solution at all, it just helps in elevating the blood vessels so that more blood gets pumped in...But it does not solve the problem of obesity at all...I am quoting one the responses which to me seems right !
I capsule of vitamin C can be 500-1000mgs. But you need 3000mgs to fully revv-up you leucocytes, the killer white blood cells, CD4s, CD8s and CD14s.. (Clark H R, PhD ND, measured with precise bio-resonance testing). Healthy eating, Breakfast to discover how to naturally get 3000mgs of C. Hint..from the.. Pomegranate..
I dont think you got the point. taking one capsule of 500mg or even 1000mg is not enough to counter the effects since you need at least 3000mg which can have other side effects on us...So taking a capsule of 500 mg is only one sixth effective and walking or other exercise is essentisl and one cannot compromise on that by taking only vit C capsules
I think this article will not cheer up the people but will make them lazier. If both Vitamin C and morning walk can give the same physical benefits, who will prefer walking? Yes, those who find walking a pleasure, feel its rejuvenation and enjoy the freshness and tranquility of a beautiful dawn will never quit walking.
My day starts at 4.45 I still have no time for a morning walk. I do go for a 45 minute walk in the evenings/ after dinner. I enjoy these walks with my husband as it is our 'we time'. We catch up with each other and plan for the next day too.. so it is two in one for me and I look forward to it.
