I had this link sent me on FB...many of those mistakes are something that you may not be able to correct or overcome since they are part of your lifestyle...You may do any one of them without even thinking of your sleep getting affected - like for example, reading a book or having a heavy dinner with family or friends.One thing I never do is take coffee after dinner..


Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

In my case, I'm used to read a book well before a particular time. Regularly, without my knowledge, the book falls from hand within that regular time. My wife comes and puts off the light.
