Really good leaders are few.  Most leaders actually take the lead from people and not lead them.  It is said that a leader is one who foresees where the crowd is moving to. He will reac that place before all others and 'lead''

True. True Leaders are very few. A real leader sets an example first so that his followers follow him in a natural way.

A good leader lives in the heart of the people. Commitment, confidence, broad vision and unselfish service make him a true leader.

Leader knows the ways, inspires others to go his/her ways, leader finds remedy not fault, leader creates hope and he has capacity to translate vision from hope to reality. Leader has compassion, intuition, empathy, love, insight and focused outlook.

A Good leader is the one who acts collectively, cool and quick in taking decisions. Once taken a decision go ahead with it but always keep a plan B and plan C ready- just in case the plan A backfires.

Good leader provides result. He writes new story. He solved conflicting situation with a common sense, without showing his genius.

Absolutely. A good leader is a Team Man. He keeps ready all the alternative plans in order to keep the job moving.
