Discourage English -says U.P. Governor

Now U.P Governor has advised to discourage English. We wonder where they wish to lead India. In this connection, it is significant that even the ministers who took oath in Sanskrit are now using English. Modi also spoke in English on International forums. Is there end to hypocrisy.

    No. He said- discourage English. This is obvious error that you could correct by editing. Thanks for pointing out the mistake. I am changing the title.
