Even in cities, there are laces without toilets. We are observing cleanliness campaign. The importance of toilets can hardly be over emphasized.

I agree entirely with you. It is ridiculous to argue that using the roads as toilets if fine. In India, these are also caste specific. There are some castes that simply do not understand the value of public hygiene. At the same time, for funds, the Government should involve the corporates so that they can also contribute to the noble cause of public hygiene. Non-governmental organizations need to take up massive education programs.

@sunil51. i agree with you. This is really a serious one railway should take necessary action against it.
Merely dedicating any day will do no good. In our country there is a huge requirement for public toilets and toilets for "have nots". In addition those toilet that we have should be properly maintained.
