The slaughter of cattle is banned..but I have seen beef is available everywhere..i have seen..in Hyderabad...people openly selling beef on road side..so though ban is in effect..killing has not stopped.

As far as rules and laws are concerned even if they are in place..the action against which a law is made never stops..for example liquor consumption still continues in states where it is banned using other methods..beef seling and buying....are these laws made laws just to remain on paper?
