The cops raped a transender. She is fighting for justice.

The transgender is a female and the offenders recognized her as such. Supreme Court decided that transgeders are third gender. But physical condition of gender does not depend on court view.

    Police men who are supposed to be providing protection have earned a bad name for many such incidents...it is because of the lack of proper judicial system in our country that police men are the most powerful people after the politicians. In this news piece it is about the LGBT community..and about a transgender fighting for justice, but even other wise police men, even traffic police have been seen harassing people for no offense done,,.just to earn some money under table.

    Yes. this is exactly the reason why police earned a bad name not only here, through out the world the condition is same.

    On side side, armed forces dedicate their entire life to save the country and its people. On other side, these local police cops they themselves break law and order instead of maintaining.

    True. But there is no comparison between the army and the police. Of course i do not mean there are no good cops. Sadly they are less in number.

    There are good and bad elements every whre. even army personnel have ben found many times misbehaving with co passengers in trains and in maket place. The police personnel are more in day to day contact with public and so there are more complaints against them.

    True. Even in army there are incidents of corruption like selling the classified info about the country. As you said good and bad prevail in every sphere.

    True, we have heard about such incidents where army personnel were involved..it is true..we have a mixed group of bad heros and anti-hero everywhere..though I have come across good police men..but the bad ones have outnumbered them.
