In Pakistan, a girl was killed by her parents for so called 'honor' just near High court. apparently, both India and Pakistan are living in medieval age.

A pseudo cultural ego is the reason for these senseless Honor killings in both India and Pakistan. In remote villages many such incidents take place unreported.

In this case, the incident is worst as the murder was just near High Court.

It is sad but a bitter reality. 90% of the time it is the girl who is brutalized. Social changes do take a very long time to take effect.
Honor killings are inherited from our distorted and mutilated tradions, popularised by the self styled High priests.
