    Then, where these claims and claimants of Osama's death was a hoax were there all these days? But the video says Osama's body guard and his family admitted Osama was dead. It looks as if it's media distortion.

    everything is possible. Whatever is told in history is also not true. Hence history is defined as a fable agreed upon. So whether Osama Bin Laden killed or not, as long as most people believe that he dies, this will be recorded as historic truth.

    History as such is a valuable tool of evaluating past. But each event may not be true. The current history is somewhat reliable as there are independent sources. But in the past, the historians were dominated by the rulers. So it is also said that history is written with sword and not pen.

    Islamic militants would like to believe that Osama is immortal and it also serves the purpose of motivating the would be terrorists...But the fact of the matter is that he is dead and no matter what anybody woyuld say it doesnt change the fact !

    I too believe that Osama is dead. His own bodyguard and his family admitted that Osama is dead. Al-Quida also admitted.

    After his death, so far no tape or any instance of his revival is not available, otherwise when he was alive, in each month there would be a tape of his speech and there is competition among news channels to show these. I think he is dead.

    Even if we take our historians are wrong, many foreigner travelers recorded their observations on Indian conditions and the most unique features of India like HuanTsang and the modern day foreign scholars like Bertrand Russel,Mark Twain to name a few in their Travelogues. They can't be wrong. And many Greek scholars during Gupta period also lauded Indian culture and heritage.
