Body odour is not due to excess perspiration alone. It's due to digestion problems also. Anyhow natural deodorants will work effectively.

I am really surprised that vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli can give strong body odour. So far I had always associated body odour with garlic, onion etc and have always taken care not to over consume them.
A natural aroma oil mixed with a cup of water will act as an excellent deodorant. Dresses of synthetic fiber should be avoided/.

Even Cabbage and Jackfruit can give out very strong body odour ! I feel that instead of depriving ourselves of their good ness it helps to drink lots of water and also use natural deodorants like using tulsi and neem water while bathing ( Boil Tulsi and neem and use the water to rinse your body..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Yes, I use tulsi and neem leaves in the bath water during summer and it helps a lot to tackle odour. It also helps relieve heat boils. Of course, for people who perspire a lot,. showering twice a day helps too!
