Vitamin D is essential for overall good health. Besides exposure to Sunlight, Vitamin D is available in Fish oils, egg yolks and cereals to name a few.

When Vitamin D is available in fish oils, egg yolk and cereals naturally, there is no need of going for synthetic vitamin D sources.

People get exposed very little to natural sunlight these days because of changes in lifestyles making vitamin D deficiency a common problem these days. Few of my friends had had to get courses of vitamin D injections recently at such a young age! :blink:
