An illegitimate child is more legitimate than his bilogical father. The child will get his rights even if mother has compromised before birth.

This case is also about compromise deed and if lady not accepting then it is void, another case of ND Tiwari, whcih has been media limelight for some days. Ultimately the status and right of illegitimate child is with hands of state or judiciary as most of times, their parents hide these.

If we see the history , since ancient times men have been having mistresses and so called illegitimate children and the children were deprived of all rights unless the father made some provisions.It is good that the judciary is takeing steps to make sure that the child is not deprived of what is due to him or her ...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
