Excellent tips...We can get enough exercise through our daily work routine ! The more housework and gardening we do the better for us in every way.Physical exersion is always good for the body.I have a neighbor who is 83 years old and they are renovating their house and I see him climbing up the newly made roof using the temporary rickety ladder constructed by the buldre and watering and generally looking after the work. It is fantastic to see him being so active and fit...
Nice and some great tips. But I, for once, have never heard that walking is only for the aged people or even for those who are looking to shed weight. It is an universal exercise...for everyone...
