I would have traveled by Air India gladly just for the sober looking air hostesses but the problem is the funda of reservation and retirement of age does not leave them as active, besides the smell of government job coming from them. You can say the same about our news readers on Doordarshan. No one is interested to listen (read see) the same faces for last 2 decades.

Probably mini skirts are costlier than fill dresses, might be at Japan this is reverse, or it might be one such marketing gimmick. have to look if that airlines is private then it must be marketing gimmick.
