    Yes the government should provide her such facilities. She contributed a lot in movies and played many memorable characters. I especially like her character of a bubbly grand mother in veer zara.

    It's the bounden responsibility of the government to pay her back what she has given to the society.

    It will be better that government makes a uniform policy for senior citizens. My suggestion is that the citizens of age of one hundred years or more should be given full state facilities for accommodation, travel and medical care. Very likely, the offsprings of such citizens and even their grandsons would be of advanced age and so not of much help. The citizens 100 yers or more would not be too many and the cost of facilities to them would not be too much.

    She's not only a senior citizen, She was a Padma Vibusahan also. Government's responsibility is not over by giving 'Padma Vibhusahn'. Such rare artist Senior citizens are to be taken care of entirely in the evening of their lives

    Bollywood can help her certainly. But Zohra Sehgal being a centenarian and an awardee of second highest civilian award, she deserves all the help that lasts until her end. Government alone can help her. And it's binding on the part of the government.

    Dedicated artists like Zohra Segal who are living even in their ripe age and languishing for help are very less in number. In such cases even a scheme is not necessary. Just on humanitarian grounds she deserves help.
