A useful study that established a relation between memory loss in elders and Vitamin E. The most heartening thing is vitamin E is available in most common foods like spinach. nuts and wheat etc. This is a good study that benefits elderly people suffering from memory loss in an inexpensive way.

Why impossible ? Vitamin E rich foods are easily available everywhere. For example Vitamin is available in Spinach and also in wheat. People should have determination to lead a healthy life. That's all one needs.
