The doctors said it was a case of miscarriage followed by "hyper stimulation syndrome", where fertility drugs stimulate the ovaries to produce many egg sacs.

Yes. its a surprise because it's a rare occurrence. The miscarriage was followed by "Hyper stimulation Syndrome' according to the doctors.

No one plans to have 10 babies at the same time, it was quite a misfortune in this case, and in case you have not understood the post correctly, those babies were born dead. I think it is a very traumatic incident to the woman and her family and it does not really seem right that we discuss about it and that too put forth quite wrong facts! It does not deem fair or dignified, hence I am closing the topic. Thank you!
