Very true, in fact there are different methods to improve working capacity of our brain but the decision making is something that is natural and depends on individuals. Incidentally, I read an article or news item recently which said that if older people do not keep their minds active by way of video games or other methods, they may forget the difference in between kitchen and a toilet.

When the intention itself is that of keeping the brain active, then that purpose will be solved. But for some people, a certain activity may look trivial and for some others it may seem challenging. It differs from every person as well as the interests.
