    A new concept, and EC has to devise auditor to see whether they are not breaking any such laws, so far this is new to me and whether fixing of borrowings of everything is done or not is to be seen by EC, as well as those borrowers should not be indirect sponsors of party.

    Actually they never take such actions in account as we all can see they can never stop expenses made by sponsors which may not be the case in real but an eyewash only. Every party makes lot of expenses in the name of sponsors.

    Yes. Its obvious. If you see some CBI rules, they clearly indicate that they are created to hunt an adversary of the ruling party.

    Sir, E.C. has not done anything in Kejriwal's case. The govt or ruling party have also said or done nothing. This is just my personal curiosity. The E.C. has to check this in every case. They have said or done nothing about AAM AADAMI Party that has yet to contest elections in any state. Incidentally they are contesting only in Delhi for the first time.
