If you are diabetic, you need avoid fruit juice and instead take fruit direct.All the fruits or some specific fruits, I think in some fruits there are sugars, fruit juices are bad and it even bad for normal person, similarly a fresh salad is always good for health, it infuses fresh oxygen into body, and then the flow of bloods inside heart and mind becomes normal and this strengthens heart and mind.
