Perhaps that is the reason, the age old saying said, "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away." But not " A glassful of apple juice keeps the doctor away." In addition to this in a fruit juice we miss the most important ingredient Fiber. the fiber in the fruit helps in dealing with diabetes effectively.

All the fruits or some specific fruits, I think in some fruits there are sugars, fruit juices are bad and it even bad for normal person, similarly a fresh salad is always good for health, it infuses fresh oxygen into body, and then the flow of bloods inside heart and mind becomes normal and this strengthens heart and mind.

Fiber is important in curing diabetes. Juice have not fiber.
