    It is different from fencing with electricity. it is to safe women from rape. voltage is not high in it.

    As far as we think on commonsense, the lingerie could be for saving the woman from atrocities. I haven't read much about it so I don't know too much. But I don't think one might die instantly when he touches the lingerie. It might only be to keep women safe.
