But this is really difficult. Due to increasing inflation and job risk is increasing stress day by day which impacts both personal and professional life... Although not impossible but its very difficult...

Very less number of employers like Wipro and Google care about their employee's welfare. They are the people who see immense resources in Humans. Others are selfish and see the employees as slaves never bothering about their problems, work pressure and troubles.

That;s a far cry,in the present circumstances vested interested are ruling the roost in the trade union and Industrial spheres.
That's right one should not risk his/her health to work at a place where there is lots of stress. No doubt there won't be a work place where there would be no stress but the degree may vary so one should try not to take much stress or try to change a job as early as possible as no employer would care for it. :evil:
