Frequent face touching may cause flue but this is not certain. Many have a habit of frequently touhing their face or some other body part. This they do usually when idle. The best way is not to sit idle and thereby avoid such habits.

Yes its not certain every person who touches head or hair will be affected by flu. It May cause / may not cause.
