Some Quick Tips to Stay Fit at Workplace
1. Climb up the stairs once or twice during the day as part of your office fitness plan.
2. Relax your eyes by rubbing your palms vigorously together and then placing the warm cupped palms on closed eyes.
3. Squeeze a stress ball tightly in your fist to increase the strength of forearms and joints in the hand.
4. Walk around the room after every hour to eliminate stiffness.

Very useful tips for staying away from stress. Especially tip of eyes is very useful as eyes are mostly strained while working on computer. :)
These are useful tips but its very hard to remain stress free at office as there is lots of pressure at workplace these days and I am the one among the people who suffers lots of stress but can't relieve it the way one should. :blink:

I think climbing up stairs instead of using lift can really worked well for those who have to use stairs daily. Better skip use of lift.
