    Oh the last step I found is the most painful:

    Don’t be Afraid to Fire Employees

    I think this is the extreme step an employee should take. :blink:

    It’s so tempting to tell another person what to do. It creates within us a false sense of power when we know the answers. Yet in managing employees, you are actually paying another person to know what to do. If you want them to do their job well, then manage them with the right questions and not just providing the answers.
