Most of the points are practical and must follow but you know our police, they simply ask you to forget money part of it, rest is okay. Reporting your cards etc. is must.

yes one should keep patience in such situation.my mother always ask me not to carry atm or other such cards until necessary or untill i have to use them.its better to place it at house.
My suggestion is that mobile phone should be kept separately from the wallet. Mobile phone should be fed with all important information and must be kept safest.
