The honest and law abiding citizens, police and law enforcing agencies have no human rights. These are privileges of criminals and robbers. This appears to be view of the Human Rights activists.

And not to forget the human rights of those terrorists and murderers who are enjoying life at the cost of taxpayers hard earned money, that could be utilized for better purpose.

Unfortunately these civil rights activists always behave like loose canons!!In Maoists-infested regions they root for the killers and have no tears for the victims and their families!!
I have seen them in Naksalbari, Jharkhand, especially Ranchi and Dhanbad areas and parts of ChattisGarh. They are treated as heroes there. But in fact they are the ones who are after the natural wealth in mines and jungles lying there to be looted by these so called Maoists.

I think this case is going to long in court because lot of complexity and question will come after investigation.

When the robbers attack a house or institution they don't mind the rights. So why should in reverse if it is sure?

Civil rights activists should not be skewed in their approaches. Rights and duties have to be balanced. Only law-abiding citizens can right claim the protection of law!!
This is one of the easiest way to become famous overnight. Talk about controversial issues. Every one will talk about us next day, particularly favor the rights of outlaw and guilty ones.
