yeah..eating at work place! The regular food I get is chai! ha ha!

the list contains really very healthy foods that are light in the sense of other but eatables in the office . you know i usually use to eat biscuit , curkure etc but now i will try these also/

I think it is better to take less food at workplace or else you may fee dizzy after eating too much of food.
Eating food is not so easy in offices or work place.


We must eat salad,fruits, dryfruits.

When I start my work, most of the time I just forget to take my lunch. I don't understand others.

We should be as punctual with lunch as we are with work. It is better not to commence a new item of work around lunch time and close of office hours. This will ensure that apart from office efficiency, you take your food amd reach home also punctually.
