An athlete wants to eat her food quickly and then go for a 100 meter race. What advice will you give her?

If I will be the coach of that athlete I will not allow her to participate the race.

running after quick eating is not good for health . She will face problems while running . therefore she should take rest after eating for 15-20 minutes then start running because duration of 15-20 minutes will start digestion of food.
I will ask her to eat the food,leave 10-15 minutes and then participate in the athletes.
Running immediately after having food is not at all good for once health. It may cause many problems

Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

I think an athlete will not do it.If he or she want to take can take only juice.
