Congress is plagued by personality cult and so congressmen rush to Congress President and her secretary and to the Congress HQ afterwards. Mani shankar Aiyyar, prominent and rare intellectual among Congress brand politicians has likened the conduct of Congressmen to Circus.

Now not only congress, BJP and NDA are also running circus by shows of Rath yatra and fasts. The anna team is another circus.

Yes congress is just like a circus this parties are lead by a various people like Sonia gandhi, Rahul gandhi ,Manmohan Singh and many others.
