Yes,its very important to Check body type before hitting gym because only through this,they can schedule the work outs and diet.
I am too thin and I fear the round muscles coming in my body! So I never go to Gym!!

Checking body type before going to gym is certainly beneficial to everybody.

yeah different bodies have different capacities and their are different choices of gym machines for them.
It is correct. I used to go to a gym in Delhi the trainer of which called me and all my 3 colleagues one by one and depending upon our body structure, he suggested each of us different diets and different exercise.

One should always look for the gym where the instructors are skilled.If they are novice, they can put you in trouble.
