I think G.Boycott is right in one way or the other and why India is reluctant and shy from taking the advantage of technology God knows, when every cricketing country in the world wants to use this technology for the betterment of cricket...The recent upcoming tour of England is under controversy due to this issue...I think the BCCI is quoting the decission of its top notch players of not using the DRS rather than giving its own decission for the same!!!

The main reason is that the ball tracking system does not take into account the nature of the pitch, its just done by computer.. So i think BCCI feels good to go with the On field umpires who can judge the nature of the track...

Yes, I agree with you friend the system fails to judge the nature of the pitch and hence BCCI is right in its view about the issue.

our indian cricket team must be aware about how to take decisions on these type of events.

Petersion not given out after asking for review in the recent test is another reason for the Indian team for not liking the DRS.
