Such negligence is costly. Japan has learnt the hard way. India shoula also get alive to this. Let us not face the similar fate as Japan owing to negligence in nuclear plants.

Japan is a land prone to earthquake and what is more amazing is that through they got the alert two years back about the disaster, that took place, they didn't paid any heed to it and now its proving very costly for them. What amazes me is that the people concerned about to take care of such things didn't paid any heed to such forecast and as a result the whole country including the common man suffered.
I also shocked to read the news.But I think the death toll reduced due to the pre-cautions they took.
