The sun screen lotions must have SPF greater than 15 to be really effective.
A wonderful tips shared by Dr.Rekha...Sunscreen in summer or winter is a must when you go out....In fact i have been advised to use sunscreen at home too....

I think yoga and meditation also have got a wonderful effect on the skin rediance. One must try yoga for better skin.
