Are women in Board of Directors or any where in high position only for glamor. such remarks are silly and irrelevant when the issue of women empowerment is seriously considered. The women have merit and wisdom and not just glamor.

the hard ships she had to face to reach this level can never be explained...she is a genuine corporate queen of india,...
women are pretty about not her glamor, there are many women who are not having glamor but talent and skills related to the field

Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

In this era of women empowerment these things do not exist. See kiran bedi what glamour would you find in her? All that glamour is there lies in her position. overall personality and talent are important.

In spite of achievement in many fields, glamor still is relevant. Even Kiran Bedi got so much attention owing to her womanhood. There are so many IAS and IPS male officers but she was highlighted as 'first woman I.P.S. officer'.

Gulshanji i agree to disagree here because yes you are right that Kiran Bedi being 1st IPS officer got much recognition but that is because of her gender and she being the 1st lady who opened new paths for women to walk on. But after her many lady IPS officers have been selected but they get recognition only because of their work. so finally it is talent and not just the glamour.
I think skill and hardwork make us pretty it does not matter it man or women. Ladies come first if its talk about talent.
