Hello friend i want to ask that can i re-submit a article that was rejected due to poor presentation, or due to other reason.

Yes you can re-submit the article after the correction mentioned by the editor and then it will be reviewed by the editor and will let you know the result.

You can re-submit rejected article and let moderators know that you have re-formatted the presentation and is ready for re-review.

In stead of resubmitting, you may reformat and redraft and then submit as a new article. There is no ban on submitting more articles on a topic.

If rejected due to small small mistakes you can rectify them and re submit.But if it is due to copying, don't try to resubmit and repeat.
