Thats a good list to inspire young indians. Study in India would definately be good if done in a right manner.
I simply can't understand why this mad craze for anything 'phoren'!We have had many sucessful Indians who earned world-wide accolades studying in India!
I am also one of that crazy guys. I am presently pursuing my Master's degree in a foreign university. I found one thing that i have wasted my under graduate life in India because the education system in India is old and we still follow the syllabus that has been followed for 10-20 years. Here an under graduate student is equal to one post graduate student from India.

In India we have only theoretical knowledge however in foreign countries they have practical exposure.

However i never mentioned about settling in a foreign country. I came to foreign university just to equip myself and learn some up to date technologies and try to share it in my country and try to bring it to their standards.

@Deivigan

I am not sufficiently knowledgeable to rubbish the entire educational system of our country as antiquated and out of tune with modern system but I have personal knowledge of so many persons doing very well studying right in India!!
thats the crazy of Indian as they feel study in abroad is great for their reputation.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

There is a contrary report in the link below that supports education in foreign countries.
