Modi is definitely having the freedom to act to do for the welfare of the country and the people. But, Modi has lot of things to do and repair the damages made by the erstwhile Government. It is a Herculean task for any ruler to do all that's needed in a short span of 2 years.. But I, personally feel , the present Government can deliver the Goods and prove that Modi is the Best thing that ever happened to this country.

Politicians would go go to any length to defame the ruling party as if these politicians are the paragons of Virtue, simply forgetting their old deeds of Sins. Yes, there is nothing new.

Sadly, this is not happening in any field. The person, who, being an IPS openly tweeted about Modi's governance. This tantamount to indiscipline and warranted for disciplinary action.

I agree with you. The very purpose of Discussion Forums is to discuss any issue openly, sans bias and prejudice. Here in this case, the issue was Home work which acts as an impediment to the child's development. This was the view expressed bu Noble Laureate Amartya sen.

While it is perfectly alright if you post in forums and earn points at your chosen time/day it certainly will not be tolerated that you rob the honest members. So be honest to yourself and do all your reading carefully in future. The chances are you will never reach anywhere next week if you continue with your present tactics.

Lata Mageshkar is too busy and occupied with her own business to pay any attention to such trivial and insignificant issues. The likes of Tanmay Bhatt should not be given so much attention by the media and the people. However, his video should be blocked and he should be made to pay heavy fines and leave it at that. The country and the state has too many other more important issues to deal with than Bhatt and his cheap jokes and people too should mind their own, more important business. This kind of publicity will only make him more famous.
That is true, he needs to draw line at some stage if he wants popular support for his art. However, this issue made me think of what happens in other countries,,even in a tradition bound place like Britain people openly poke fun at the royalty...On channel 4 of British television, I remember they had a comedy section where cartoons depicting the Queen and the royal family would be shown regularly but it was more funny than crude and insulting . Once apparently the queen had made an observation to her staff about Apples being very expensive and the media would never stop hitting out at her because at that stage the Royal family never paid any taxes and enjoyed a luxurious life at the tax payers benefit, and the taxation system there is extremely demanding and through for the rest of the citizens. The outcome of all those many attacks, which were done in a very humorous manner, although sending a strong message , was that prince Charles on his own decided to pay tax for his income and so all the other royals had to join in too except the Queen since she cannot tax herself.. I think that is constructive outcome of intelligent comedy !

So what is new about that, it has been the going trend in Indian Politics. You can check with all the Bhenswalas in Bihar and UP. Ask, Lalu, Azam Khan and ask Mulayam, they will tell you kiski lathi and kiski Bhens!

While no one has questioned either nature, Ayurveda or Allopathy, I don't see why members are going round in circles discussing a non issue . Here the only question is about the validity of drinking water while standing being bad for health which is unproven till now !

I am told that Patanjali products are directly in competition with Himalaya, and is cheaper . Himalaya has built up a solid reputation, so it will not be easy to overthrow them any time soon, although Patanjali is making good profits

However I would be happy to see if they manage to cultivate such produces in Rajasthan. That will be a great help for bringing prosperity to farmers of the area, quality is secondary matter.
