Meena: If you eat such thing, you will fall ill. I shall tell mummy about bad food habits.
Veena: Please do not tell Mummy. I promise you, I will give up all my bad habits. Yes! I am avoiding true.
All children should have good o habits. If you have bad food habits, you will fall sic and you will become weak. You will lose your health. To keep yourself fit and healthy, you should do the following.
Drinking Water
a) Dirking clean and fresh filtered water.
b) If water is not filtered, drink boiled water.
c) Water store in clean vessel tank. Use a clean glass to drink water.
d) Drink water many times a day.
Eating food
a) Eat washed and properly cooked vegetables.
b) Cooked food should be kept covered. Do not eat uncovered food.
c) Use clean plates for eating food.
d) Was your hands before and after taking meals,
e) Do not eat at places where dust and flies are there.
f) Do not eat many times in a day. Eat when you are hungry. Take a gap of four hours between two meals. Do not eat it between.
g) Chew your food properly and eat slowly.
h) Do not waste food.
