Transgenders also the part of our society. But till now, they are isolated, neglected, hated and teased by society. We should consider they also human being. They also have rights to live in this world with dignity.

If one family find the member of family  is transgender, immediately that family denied that person. Transgenders gathered and live like a families.

In adoloscent age, if one boy become transgender, there are many reasons.

1) Genetic and chromosome problems

2) social background

If one child's sexual chromosome is 'xy' that become boy. If that chromosome is 'xx' that become girl.

If any unwanted changes in that chromosomes like 'xxy' that become transgender. In social background, If one normal boy treated as girl, slowly his mind quite change and get desire to wearing girl's dresses(cross dressing) and want to become a girl.

In adoloscent age, if one boy participate in homo sex, he may become active partner or passive partner. If he become passive partner, his feelings become like girl's. This also the another reason for formation of transgender. In lesbian sex may be causes for transgender-men. But it is rare-case.

If one transgender want to become transgender-women, they willing to get genital operation and breast operation. Traditionally, 'Thayamma operation' is famous for genital operation. It is very cruel and dangerous to health and life.

In this operation, that transgender's mind filled with spiritual thoughts of diety "Pothiraj matha". Thayamma who is the old transgender and leader of the group cut the person's genital(penis) by knife and buried that genital into pit. They did some treatments and make that transgender to transgender women.

Now a days, proper surgeries and counselling are there. Government also help to the operation of transgenders.

Transgender breast operation also difficult one. Because their chest filled with silicon and form as a breast. It is dangerous to health. Many herbal medicines and hormone injections are there for forming and enlarging breasts.

Society treated transgenders as beggars and sexual workers. But many transgenders do good jobs such as catering, modelling, cinema.

But In cine field, they are portrayed not good. This situation should change soon by best directors.

Government sensex enter a sex column of transgender is a men. It is strongly opposed by transgenders. Because they are willing to live like a women. They want to fill that column as a women or transgender-women.

They also want married life. Many marriage websites are working for transgender's marriage. It gives a good hope to transgenders.

Place: Mrs. Deodhar’s house. (Mr. and Mrs. Paranjape come to meet Rr. And Mrs. Deodhar. The children of both the families are playing outside in the housing colony garden.) Mrs. Paranjape : (to Mrs. Deodhar) Asha, last night at about 10.30 p.m. I came to meet you but you were busy teaching the children. So I did not ring the bell and I went back. Mrs. Deodhar : Nina, I am sorry you went back. I was not at all aware that you had come. What to do! The teacher gives such a lot of homework, and I can find some time to devote to their studies only when my work in the kitchen is over. By that time, they start feeling sleepy. Besides they have to get up early in the morning. So I do the work for them in the night and see that they copy what I have done for them in their notebooks, before they go to school.

Mrs. Paranjape : Asha, that means you are doing the homework for them. How will they understand? They will just copy. Mrs. Deodhar : Nina, there is no other way. That is the reason I have to take leave before their examinations to teach them. Mrs. Paranjape : It will be too straining for them to learn everything towards the end. This is the reason why parents, especially, mothers are tense and they make the children also tense. Mrs. Deodhar : Nina, how do you manage? Both of ou will not get leave easily, as uyou are working in a private firm. (Mrs. Deodhar and Mrs. Paranjape go to the kitchen as Mrs. Deodhar prepares tea and some snacks. Meanwhile, Mr. Paranjape and Mr. Deodhar enter into a conversation.) Mr. Deodhar : These women want to take up careers and they find it difficult to cope with the responsibilities at home and in the office. Mr. Paranjape : Why do you say like that? If they have the capacity and ability, why should they waste their abilities? If they are only with the family, their talents will be wasted. Instead a career woman can set a better example for the children. The children, If trained properly, become more independent and learn to manage situations.

Mr.Deodhar : In theory, what you say sounds logical and corredct, but what about all the inconveniences? Mr. Paranjape : If all the family members understand each other’s problems and cooperate there is no difficulty. We have to share the responsibilities, and work together for the welfare of the family and children. All the members must be conscious of their duty to the family. (Mrs. Deodhar and Mrs. Paranjape enter with the tea and snacks.)

Mrs. Paranjape : Work becomes a pleasure when we work together. That is what we should do in the family too. Both men and women jmust realize that no work is purely man’s work or woman’s work. The welfare and progress of all the members of the family is the main goal. Both men and women should share the family responsibilities. Mr. Deodhar : You mean men should work in the kitchen and also in the offices! Mr. Paranjape : what is the harm if men and women do both! It is sharing, love and cooperation that builds the family. Mrs. Pananjape : He is perfectly right. If both parents share their responsibilities, children also learn to do the same. No one is over-burdened in the family.

Mr. Deodhar : We do not know anything and we do not have the patience for kitchen work. Mr. Paranjape : I cannot imagine my husband working in the kitchen with me. Mrs. Paranjape : It is this opinion which women have, that spoils eveything. On the contrary if men know cooking, there is no problem when the woman of the house is sick or busy in some other work. As a result I become more sick due to tension. Mrs. Deodhar : It is true, when I am sick I become more worried about who will cook, who will look after the house and the children. As result I become more sick due to tension. Mr. Deodhar : Asha, your friend Nina means that if housewives go on strike, there will be no problem. Mrs. Deodhar : Housewives will never go on strike. We are not paid labourers but responsible family women.

Mrs. Deodhar : Why do you take him seriously? He is just joking. Mr. Deodhar : This discussion has enlightened me. I think we can give your suggestions a trial. Mr. Paranjape : However, we had an interesting discussion and a fine time. We can improve the quality of our family life. (The children of both the families enter.) All the four : (e x c i t e d l y) Children M u m my , Papa, we had a wonderful game. We had a great time. Mr. and Mrs.Paranjape : It was a nice exchange of ideas. It was a good change from the usual routine. We will take your leave now. Mr. and Mrs. Deodhar : We also had a fine time in your company, away from the usual routine. We had quite a fruitful discussion. Physically, men and women may differ but they are equal and their goals are the same. Mrs.Deodhar : Marriage is a give-and-take exchange of each other’s qualities. (Mr.and Mrs. Paranjape and their children bid good-bye to the Deodhars and leave.)

A group of students decided to meet people and learn about society. So they people and learn about society. So they set out and started walking and observing. Here are few of their experiences. The students went a little farther and they came to a colony, where the residents were lower middle class people. They were skilled and semi-skilled workers. So the students decided to talk to them first in a group and then to each type of worker separately.

The group of students found their leader and told him that they would like to talk to the residents. He arranged for a meeting. Students : We are happy to be with you and would like to discuss with you some of the things we have observed. There are open drains around. Why don’t you get them closed? Leader : We have repeatedly contacted the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)but they have not done anything about it. As a result, our children often fall into the drains and get hurt. We do not have proper toilet facilities. So the public toilet is the only alternative for us. It is dirty. So our children and we often get sick. Students : Where do you all work? Leader : We work for the big builders in the neighborhood on contract basis and on daily wages. Students : Do they not help you to get better facilities? Leader : What will they do for us? They think we are backward and poor. Even when they have to pass through our colony, they do not like it.

They look down upon us. In this colony there are all workmen required for construction and maintenance of buildings. (The leader introduces the workmen and the students start talking to them one by one. They start with the mason.) Students : We would like to discuss with you and know more about work. Our work is mainly plastering the ceilings and walls and constructing kitchen platforms. We work w2ith the lime, cement, bricks and mortar .We have to mix the material with great care, as any mistake in the proportion spoils the whole thing.

We have to climb and work at great heights. The residents of the flats don’ts like to be there when we are working because they get cough and cold and other problems. We have no option, whatever the case may be. It, sometimes, affects us in the long run. One of the major problems is that people forget that if we are not there to patch up and repair, buildings will collapse. Contractors give us little, compared to what they get for the whole contract. (Next the students start talking to the plumber.) Plumber : Our work is mainly to provide pipe connections for the water to flow and to repair leakages of taps. Our work requires a lot of accuracy, understanding and foresight. People run to us when their taps leak. Students : Yet we find public taps open and all the water getting wasted. Plumber : If we are informed and given the authority, we always ensure that they are repaired but nobody wants to take the responsibility, even if it means just going to the tap and closing it.

Some careless people leave it open and some irresponsible persons walk away without informing the authorities. Students : People realise the value of water only when they do not have water to drink. When there is scarcity of water in so many areas, it is a sheer waste to keep the tap open when you are doing something where water is not necessary for the whole time like brushing your teeth, when rinsing the clothes. Plumber : Students like you should tell them, when you see water getting wasted. Students : Here comes the electrician. Let us have a chat with him. (To the electrician) Every home has a number of electric gadgets. When constructing a building and for maintaining gadgets, your services are of great value. Electrician : You all are saying this but the people who call us do not realise it. They call us when there is no light, when there are loose connections and when gadgets don’t work.

There are many things about electricity everyone should know. Many people are afraid of electric shock and avoid handling electricity, but if proper care is taken, there is no problem. We work the whole day with wires, switch boards and plugs. The main precautions to be taken are: Do not touch electric wires with wet hands, when the current is on. Always use wooden stool or rubber sandals while handling electric wires when the current is on. Students : (to one another) It is a pity that even though we learn we learn about electricity, many of us depend on others for simple things. Now those who give final touches to the house are the carpenter and the painter .Let us talk to them. (They first talk to the carpenter.) Students : We sit and work on chairs and tables, keep things in wooden cupboards and sleep on wooden cots but we would like to know more about you, the carpenter, who makes all these things. Carpenter : Our work gives us a lot of creative pleasure, especially when the furniture is ready. However, till we finish, we have to work very hard and with great care, as we handle all sharp in measurement, tenacity and ability to imagine what the finished product would look like. Our greatest problem understands what our customers want as sometimes they are not clear in their ideas. Besides some customers create a lot of problems as they think our charges are too high. They do not realize the amount of hard labour we have to put in. In this work practical skills are important.

Cutting exactly to size is necessary for proper fitting and proper utilization of space. Students: It was interesting to learn so many things from the carpenter. Now we will talk to the painter (to the painter). It is interesting to watch a house being painted, though everything is in a mess and everything gets misplaced. Tell us something about your work. Painter: Our work is the final stage of construction. It involves quite an amount of risk, as we have to climb, stand precariously for painting windows and external walls etc. But once the painting is completed it gives real satisfaction.

The hardest tasks in our work are scrubbing and removing the old paint, selecting the proper paint and shade according to our customer’s taste and the type of walls to be paint. Another problem is getting proper payment for our work. Students: We had a nice time talking to all of you. It is only when we meet people and discuss, we learn about them and their jobs. We never had an idea that each one of you has so much talent, capacity and skills. We had never given a serious thought to this type of work. There is so much to learn from you. Leader: (representing all the workers) we thank you all for coming and spending time with us. It was a pleasure to share our experiences with you. You can come at any time and we can give you basic hints regarding things which you can do by yourself to maintain your homes. For example, putting the washer for your tap, using basic tools like screw drivers, saw etc and polishing your furniture.

All the babies cry. Does your baby cries always? Is it some time very hard to control them?   Most of you would say that yes its very hard sometimes to make them stop crying. Babies may cry for any of the reasons like may be they are hungry, they may be feeling sleepy,feeling hot or cold, a baby may start crying just after waking away. Any of the reason may be but its may be hard to stop a baby crying.

My this article is about some simple ways to stop your baby from crying . Sometimes it may be very hurting for you to see your baby crying and may be sometimes this may also avoid you from sleeping. Some of my simple ways in this article may help you out to stop your baby from crying.

Some of the easy ways to know why your baby is crying and to stop your baby crying are as follows

1. check your baby clothes - May be your baby's nappy has become wet and needed to be change and you didn't pay attention to it and thats why your baby may have started crying. Change your baby's nappy as soon as possible to stop your baby crying .

2. what's the temperature - Check out whether the room you are in is too hot or too cold this may make your baby cry. If the temperature is too cold or too hot it may make your baby cry loudly and may also affect your baby's health. So you must regularly keep a check on the temperature and also try to wear your baby clothes as according to the temperature.

3. try making some voice from some toy or play some music - Music changes the mood of all of us and same may be use to stop your baby crying. Some funny noise from some toy, switching on your television and listening to some cartoon character noise or some rock or pop song may be able to change your baby's mood or it may be just able to change your baby's attention towards it which will help to stop your baby crying.

4. check out if they your baby is feeling hungry or thirsty - It may be a reason like hunger or thirst which may make your baby cry and you may never think about it. Make a schedule of properly feeding your baby so that your baby may not feel hungry at any moment in the day and keep your baby away from crying.

5.Hug your baby - Small babies may also start crying when they are feeling alone or not feeling well . Just a small hug to your baby may stop your baby from crying. They may feel well after getting a hug from some one they know properly.
