True friendship really doesn't need to be maintained, "it just happens". It's more of a property of acquaintanceship. Lots of people always ask me, "How do you manage so many friends?" and I always say, "It's very simple, I don't manage them. And they shouldn't be." Just be in touch, care when you really have to, be loyal and honest .
It gets difficult to be in regular touch and by that I mean to be able to meet personally with your friends.
you can otherwise stay in touch and if friendship is true, then no matter how much time passes before you meet again, you need not maintain it. It would be as strong as ever!
I feel that a girl should b free enough to decide for herself if she wants to go and meet her friends even after marriage. There should not be ne need as of 'convincing' the family members .
